B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics & Computing

Sammakka Sarakka Central Tribal University (SSCTU), located in Mulugu, Telangana, launches the undergraduate programme B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics & Computing, starting in the Academic Year 2026–27.

Developed in academic collaboration with the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad), this programme combines foundational computer science principles with cutting-edge artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computational techniques.

The programme is developed in academic collaboration with the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad), integrating contemporary computing, data analytics and emerging technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed and passed their 10+2 (Intermediate) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

National Examination

Candidates must have registered, appeared, and secured a valid score in the CUET examination.

Admission Process

Admissions shall ordinarily be based on CUET (UG) scores, with an alternative merit-based route available if seats remain vacant.

Admissions shall ordinarily be based on the CUET (UG) scores of eligible candidates, with admission offered according to the applicable merit and admission process.

Qualifying Examination Merit

If seats remain vacant after completion of the CUET (UG) admission process, admissions may be offered on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Admission Sequence: CUET (UG) admission process will ordinarily be followed first. The qualifying-examination merit route may be considered only if seats remain vacant after completion of the CUET (UG) process.
